CLEAN LUBE 1100HD
DESCRIPTION
Clean Lube 1100HD is a heavy-duty near dry machining fluid, designed to replace flood coolant on ferrous metal machining operations. Clean Lube 1100HD is formulated to be applied using minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) equipment, spray mist, and micro-drip applications. It may be used in all types of metalworking applications including the more severe operations such as sawing, broaching, drilling, tapping, and general machining.

APPLICATION
Use Clean Lube 1100HD in its neat form, in a spray mist unit adjusted to dispense eight (8) ounces per eight (8) hour shift. Clean Lube1100HD can also be applied one drop at a time in sawing, drilling, and tapping operations.
MATERIAL HANDLING
Clean Lube 1100HD is safe to handle in its delivered form. Exercise care consistent with good industrial practices.
